Testing participants' objectives are SMART

For a participant’s objective to be attainable, it needs to be tested against S.M.A.R.T. criteria:

Simply expressed so that even a novice can understand it.
Measurable in terms of cost, quality, margin or deliverability.
Achievable in real terms. ‘Has anything like this been done before?’
Realistic: are the skills, equipment, manpower and logistics available?
Timed: when does this objective need to be met?
