Structuring an online session

When you teach online, shape your sessions according to what you're teaching. When you bring people together in real time, make sure you relax them, tell them what to do and build their enthusiasm for taking part. Keep their interest and involvement by giving them things to do besides just listening to a voice or viewing slides.

You want to structure your session in the light of the content and what you know about your audience. You should allocate online roles to facilitators.
