Formulating questions

The different reasons a coach may wish to ask the coachee a question mean that the coach must be able to formulate the question in any of a number of specific ways. There are accordingly several very distinct types of question, and they are appropriate both to certain contexts and to certain circumstances. A coach must be familiar enough with all types to use the right form of question at the right time. This Tool looks at formulating these different types of questions.
