The importance of feedback for remote workers

In badly managed remote teams, team members often go several days without feedback, even if they request it. The easiest way to get round this is to respond as immediately as possible to any messages, reports, or phone calls from your remote team and tack feedback onto these communications, rather than just responding only to the apparent needs of the message. This tool can be used to encourage honest and non-alarming feedback (on both sides). It is useful if you feel that the team is demotivated, about to embark on a new project or underperforming.
