This tool is a structured self-reflection exercise listing the typical activities in a manager's working week, categorising them and identifying the proportion of time spent on each one. It also reflects on the relationship between these activities and the manager's objectives.

Tool aims
  • To identify and categorise a manager's activities and assess how much time is spent on each one;
  • To decide which activities will be reduced or eliminated, or extended.
