The 360-degree feedback profile

The 360-degree feedback profile has been designed to enable managers to receive feedback from their own managers, their subordinates and other colleagues (possibly including customers). The feedback received will be the respondents' views of the managers' levels of ability in the eight managerial competencies, ie: 
  • setting objectives 
  • getting and staying organised 
  • managing performance 
  • motivating 
  • decision-making and problem-solving 
  • communicating effectively 
  • developing yourself and others 
  • running meetings. 

Tool aim
  • To enable managers to receive feedback from their colleagues on their managerial competencies.
