Developing staff - coaching opportunities

We know that even though managers acknowledge the importance of staff development, when it comes to finding time, development all too often suffers in the scramble for a busy manager's attention. This tool addresses the obstacle by showing participants how they can use the numerous conversations they have with their staff as coaching opportunities. The result is that they help their staff develop, not by finding yet more time in an already crowded day but by simply changing the style of conversations they already have.
