Experience Assessment – NEW route into CIPD professional membership
As of January 2011, the Professional Assessment of Competence Route to Membership, or PAC, is no longer available. However, the CIPD has recently launched Experience Assessment to enable experienced HR professionals to access one of the three professional levels of CIPD membership (Associate, Chartered Member and Chartered Fellow).
This route will allow HR professionals to use their current and previous work experience to demonstrate that they meet the criteria for membership.
