What is the Process?
CIPD Enterprises now offers you the chance to use your experience to become a Chartered Member of the institute via Professional Assessment of competence (PAC).
As a PAC centre we are able to support and guide you to prepare evidence to demonstrate how your existing experience, skills and competencies meet the CIPD’s practitioner-level Professional Standards, so there is no need for additional study or exams.
