Am I eligible for the PAC route to Chartered Membership?

If you can answer yes to ALL the following questions and provide the evidence outlined below, then PAC is for you.

Eligibility criteria

• Do you have 5 years recent experience in HR or Learning and Development Management at a strategic level?
• Can you provide work-based evidence and documentation that is no more than two years old?

Policy development

• Can you demonstrate your involvement in developing all or part of a personnel or people development management policy?

Advice and guidance

• Can you show accountability for adapting and interpreting policies for use at a regional level?

Understanding business and its environment

• Can you show how you take into account the impact of internal and external factors on your business?
  

Developing human resource strategies

• Have you worked at a strategic level, or been in a position to directly influence the strategic direction of your organisation?
• Can you demonstrate a clear understanding of your organisation's objectives and provide evidence to illustrate how you've influenced personnel policy in support of these objectives, whether as an employee or as a consultant?

Interpersonal skills

• Can you show evidence of influencing senior management and key decision-makers?
