Before you use the Diagnostic Tool please make sure that you are eligible to take the PAC route to CIPD Chartered Membership. To make sure that you are eligible please go to the 'Am I eligible?' page. Remember that in order to successfully complete PAC you will need to give recent work based evidence of your competence.
Diagnostic Tool
The questions on the Diagnostic Tool relate to your eligibility and will take you through each of the four fields of the professional development scheme asking you to state your level of experience and knowledge including relevant qualifications. It will help to have the details (course, place of study, year completed) to hand. It will take around 30 minutes to complete.
