
There are 3 steps in the process of CIPD Chartered Membership via the PAC route.
1. Find out if you are eligible for PAC
There are a few things you need to do for us so we can assess if you are eligible for the PAC route to CIPD Chartered Membership.
- go to the 'Am I eligible?' page and if you can answer yes to all the questions then:-
- complete the 'Diagnostic Tool'
- email your CV and job description
- have an initial interview with our PAC Adviser.
2. Submit application to PAC route for approval
The PAC Adviser will help you through the application.
3. Once application approved
Once you have been accepted onto the PAC route to Chartered Membership you will have continuous meetings with your PAC Adviser where you will provide your evidence through a combination of assessment methods. This will include one-to-one interviews, work-based evidence, a 7,000 - 10,000 word Management Report on a subject of your choice and evidence of your continuing professional development with an assigned PAC adviser.
