Foundation Certificate in Organisational Coaching
This foundation level qualification aims to develop internal coaching capability within organisations, and is suitable for HR and L&D professionals who wish to build an appropriate level of coaching skill and knowledge to facilitate the provision of effective coaching as part of their day-to-day role. The qualification is professionally accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) holding a European Quality Award (EQA) at foundation level.

Intermediate Certificate in Organisational Coach-mentoring
The intermediate level qualification is ideal for HR and L&D professionals who are responsible for developing organisational coach-mentoring programmes and strategies that will result in successful and sustainable coaching cultures. Participants will gain the confidence and capability to coach at a senior level and in a wide range of contexts. The qualification is professionally accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) holding a European Quality Award (EQA) at practitioner lever. It is also credit rated by Oxford Brookes University – with 20 CATS points.
