  • Thread 2 - Psychology and neurology of learning 
  • Knowledge Module 3 Excellence in Coaching: The Industry Guide (Edited by Jonathon Passmore)
  • Self assessment exercises - EMCC Senior Practitioner Level coaching and mentoring competencies

Month 4/5

  • Individual telephone coaching and mentoring session with FCM
  • Coaching in the context of change workshop
  • Self managed learning set 1
  • Hands-on sessions with 3 x Learners (can be face-to-face)
  • Thread 3 - Coaching in the context of change
  • Knowledge Module 4 – Leadership Coaching: Graham Lee and The New Leaders: Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis and Annie McKee
  • Self assessment exercises - Values and ethics

Month 6/7

  • Individual telephone coaching and mentoring session with FCM
  • 180 feedback benchmarking exercise
  • Thread 4 - Coaching, mentoring or therapy?
  • Knowledge Module 5 – Coaching: evoking excellence in others: James Flaherty
  • Self assessment exercises - Emotional intelligence

Month 8/9

  • Self-managed Learning Set 2
  • Coaching teams workshop
  • Hands-on sessions with 3 x Learners (can be face-to-face)
  • Thread 5 - Maximising leadership potential
  • Knowledge Module 6 – Optional topic choice  (from Indicative Reading List or personal choice) OR Elective Module on Senior Executive Coaching: The OCM Senior Executive Elective Brief and Executive Coaching Signpost
  • Self assessment exercises - Review EMCC Senior Practitioner Level coaching and mentoring competencies

Month 10/11

  • Individual telephone coaching and mentoring session with FCM
  • 180 feedback benchmarking report and Reflection Note
  • Thread 6 - Coaching teams 
  • Knowldge Module 7 – Supervision Module Reflection Practice and Supervision for Coaches: Julie Hay and The OCM Supervision Signpost: Eric Parsloe and telephone tutorial on 'Becoming a Coaching Supervisor'

Month 12

  • Individual telephone coaching and mentoring session with FCM
  • Final PLP for ongoing learning
  • Anticipated Issues Report Summary of Practice Report
  • Thread 7 - Optional topic chosen by students 
  • Assessment of submission file and award certification
