Module overview

The use of competency frameworks has grown steadily over recent years. Today they are commonly applied by L&D and HR specialists across a broad spectrum of HRD processes and can add significant value to an organisation.

Competency frameworks add most value when linked to the behaviours and standards required by the organisation and integrated across the four major management processes of selection, performance review, learning and development and reward.
