On the face-to-face workshops students join a small learning set that maximises participation and skills development. The learning set also works collaboratively to complete online case study activities linked to the workshops.

Design and Delivery of Learning Interventions workshop

  • techniques to assess the roles and styles of trainers
  • select an appropriate mix of trainers and styles to meet learning and development needs.

Module 2

Creating the Learning Environment workshop

Online case study activity

  • use tools to ascertain key characteristics of a learning organisation.

Module 3

Integrating Learning with Competencies workshop

Online case study activity

  • identify competencies required for those involved in the design and delivery of learning interventions
  • produce training plans to meet the needs of those involved in designing and delivering learning interventions.
