Module overview

The Fundamentals of Employment Contracts is a practical 1-day course that provides an understanding of contract law and how it applies to employment. It takes participants through the essential elements of the contractual relationship and looks at the importance of terms of employment from the beginning to the end of the employee/employer relationship.
