TUPE: Transfer of Undertakings is a 1-day course which reviews the law governing business transfers, the HR context to TUPE, as well as its significance to contracting-out. The TUPE: Transfer of Undertakings course provides clarification and guidance on the key issues of TUPE and examines the impact of the 2006 regulations.
