You will receive comprehensive course material and practical materials.
These include:

Your personal tutor
You are assigned a personal tutor who provides advice and support on all aspects of the qualifications throughout the programme. Support is by phone, email and post. Your personal tutor will be an experienced practitioner in employment law and HR, giving you access to the highest level of up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
You will have access to a dedicated online VLE for the duration of your programme. This site has been developed exclusively for students of the advanced qualifications in employment law. You’ll find an extensive range of online resources including:

Your CIPD membership resources
Whilst studying for the programme, you must be a student or Affiliate member of the CIPD.
CIPD membership offers you a wealth of professional resources, development tools and networking opportunities that will support you in your studies, as well as in your career and day-to-day job. These include:

CIPD Library
Another benefit of your CIPD membership is that you will gain access to a unique collection of HR publications through our library. This includes:
- 12,000 books and reports
- 140 journal titles with over 16,000 journal articles
- special collections including examples of company policies
- surveys - including salary surveys

- training manuals.
Whilst some resources are reserved for reference only, most items are available for loan to CIPD members and can be sent to you through the post. You can search the database online, or the library can send you a list of items tailored to your specific needs.
