The CIPD Advanced Certificate in Management Development is a blended learning programme comprising a unique combination of face-to-face workshops, online activities, interactive and independent learning. The online activities, toolkits and tasks are based on a case study and in your learning set you will work through tasks in your role as a learning and development practitioner.
Who is it for?
This Advanced Certificate is suitable for senior learning and development practitioners who are aspiring to, or are actively involved in, management development. It is also suitable for external management development consultants and line managers involved in organisational culture change initiatives.
How long does it take?
The Certificate programme is designed to be completed over a 20 week* period culminating in CIPD's national examination in either May or November. The three, one-day face-to-face workshops take place over the first 10 weeks of the programme with online case study activities being undertaken after each workshop. The second 10 weeks include assignment preparation and submission, attendance at the revision day and examination preparation.
