To be awarded the Advanced Certificate you must:

• attend the three, one-day face-to-face workshops
• complete online case study activities within learning sets
• successfully complete a skills based assignment
• successfully complete a written assignment
• attend the revision day
• pass the CIPD's national examination
• maintain a personal development portfolio that demonstrates a satisfactory level of learning and development.
