The CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development qualification programme is designed to help address the need for organisation development and design capability among HR professionals, L&D specialists, internal and external HR consultants and OD specialists working within the HR function.

By providing a theoretical understanding of organisation development and design issues, together with practical knowledge and skills, the qualification will help you gain the competence and confidence necessary to deliver tangible results to your organisation straight away.

The qualification is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is equivalent to QCF level 7. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will receive the CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Development and Design with 15 credits at postgraduate level.
