Blended learning addresses the demanding requirements of organisations in the 21st century for learning interventions that deliver demonstratable business results within the very real constraints of time, distance and budget.

The Certificate in Blended Learning provides learning and development professionals with the expertise, the skills and the confidence needed to plan, develop and deliver blended learning solutions within their organisations. It builds on your existing knowledge and experience to help you adapt to an environment in which there are literally dozens of approaches to every learning and development problem, many of which are best deployed in imaginative new combinations.

With the Certificate in Blended Learning the medium is the message. You get to learn about blended learning while experiencing it in action. You’ll participate in face-to-face workshops, engage in practical and relevant project work, obtain ongoing support from your tutors, engage with the latest learning technologies, while all the time collaborating with your fellow students.

Who is it for?

The Certificate in Blended Learning is suitable for learning and development managers, specialists and consultants, and others with a responsibility for commissioning, designing, developing or implementing learning solutions. Although the Certificate makes extensive use of new technology, no prior technical knowledge is required.

How long does it take to complete?

The duration of the qualification is 20 weeks*.
