Making Blended Learning Work

About the module

Module overview

Blended learning is increasingly becoming the preferred approach to training. And Making Blended Learning Work will help you explore the most critical factors to ensuring your success. You will learn from the experience of other organisations, and consider how best to implement blended solutions in your own organisation.

Benefits to you and your organisation

You’ll leave this one-day course much better equipped to implement and manage the essential elements that make blended learning successful. You’ll develop strategies to overcome possible resistance from stakeholders; use action planning, and practical group theory shared, to successfully market a blended programme. Plus, you’ll become proficient in monitoring the ongoing progress of a blended programme, using learning management systems and other tools.

Certificate in Blended Learning
‘I was starting a new position which had closer links to learning and development. My remit was to improve the way we use e-learning in our organisation and I really wanted to do this in a more informed and professional way. The programme just got better and better as it went along. I especially liked the fact that we were experiencing a blended learning approach first hand and having my own experience to draw upon when designing blended learning programmes.’  Wendy
