We are committed to helping you get the most from your training. As such when you enrol on our Certificate programmes you will have unlimited access to online resources giving you relevant information, original material and links to other useful websites and resources.
CIPD membership resources
You do not need to become a member of the CIPD in order to study the Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. However, CIPD membership offers you a wealth of professional resources, development tools and networking opportunities that will support you in your studies, as well as in your career and day-to-day job. These include:

CIPD Library
Another benefit of your CIPD membership is that you will gain access to a unique collection of HR publications through our library. This includes:
- 12,000 books and reports
- 140 journal titles with over 16,000 journal articles
- special collections including examples of company policies
- surveys - including salary surveys
- statistical publications
- directories
- training manuals.
Whilst some resources are reserved for reference only, most items are available for loan to CIPD members and can be sent to you through the post. You can search the database online, or the library can send you a list of items tailored to your specific needs.
