What is the format of the programme?
The CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations, Law and Practice is made up of five course modules, including the introductory workshop. Each course module includes a range of activities to consolidate and transfer learning back to the workplace immediately.
The programme is split into two parts – part one must be completed first as these course modules cover the foundation knowledge. Course modules in part two may be taken in any order.

How will I learn?
Classroom based learning and independent study
Studying for the CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations, Law and Practice involves attending five classroom based course modules to be completed within two years, and studying independently for approximately five hours a week.
The course modules are designed to maximise the opportunity to network and exchange ideas and experiences with a cohort of peers, as well as discuss and feedback on the legal knowledge you will be learning.
