What do I need to do to pass the Certificate in HR Administration?
To be awarded the Certificate you must:
- attend the two-day workshop The Human Resources Secretary/Administrator
- complete six assessed work-based units which include evidence of learning and experience, case studies and reflection.
How long do I have to complete the Certificate in HR Administration?
You must complete the requirements of the programme described above within six months.
What does the certificate mean to me?
On completion of the Certificate students will achieve an ITEC level 2 Certificate in Human Resources Administration. Unit Certification is also available.
What is my personal tutor for?
Your personal tutor will provide you with support throughout your certificate programme, answering any questions or concerns that you may have.
What do I have to do on the two-day workshop?
The two-day workshop is a public course offered by CIPD Enterprises. This means that they will be attended by other non-certificate delegates (attending a one-off training course) as well as other certificate students. The course is not intended to be a forum to discuss the work-based units, they will provide you with the content, knowledge and skills that you can transfer and use back in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to translate this content, knowledge and skills, back into the workplace.
