The Certificate starts with the two day workshop, The Human Resources Secretary/Administrator. This will be held on the following dates:

After attendance at the workshop, you can begin to complete the six assessed work-based units.

Fees include

tuition on the two day workshop
programme materials
candidate handbook
access to a CIPD personal tutor for one-to-one guidance, advice and support by phone, email and post
assessment of the units
monitoring of the programme by CIPD qualified tutors.
