Format of the programme

The Certificate is made up of a two day course module, The Human Resources Administrator/Assistant and six assessed work-based units covering:

  • supporting the delivery of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • supporting the delivery of the performance management process
  • developing yourself
  • operating recruitment procedures
  • operating selection procedures
  • collecting and analysing HR data.
