Dr Paul Brewerton C.Psychol

Paul runs a change consultancy specialising in the areas of organisational culture and change. Over many years Paul has assisted dozens of organisations in mapping out and developing high-performance cultures including Orange, Royal Air Force and Panasonic. This has involved the delivery of major culture research and change programmes, facilitation at the highest levels, executive coaching and leadership training.

Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge

Dr Mee-Yan is the creator and Driving force of an independent OD consultancy and training organisation. She founded it in June 1987 after a distinguished eight-year career in academia and in the marketplace. Her areas of expertise are organisation development, organisation design, managing big system change, particularly culture change, senior leadership development and diversity.

Beryl Cook

Beryl started her working life as a journalist for 12 years in Australian newspapers. In 1992 she moved to Hong Kong, where she worked as Training Manager for the South China Morning Post. She moved into the television industry as Head of Training and Development, then Senior Vice President for Human Resources, for STAR Television. She also worked in Australia as Group Head of Human Resources for News Limited. She moved to her current position as Group Director for People and Organisational Development at BSkyB in April 2004. She is responsible for a national team of HR professionals providing strategic leadership on people, culture and change initiatives.

Dr Caroline Curtis C.Psychol FCIPD

Caroline has over 15 years experience in the learning and development field with a particular interest in coaching and OD. She has worked in banking, consultancy and as Head of CIPD Training. She is currently Head of Talent, Performance, and Development at Abbey.

Peter Holloway, Chartered FCIPD

Peter is a member of the BA Executive People Leadership Team responsible for the development and delivery of HR products and services across the BA Group worldwide. He has worked in a number of different business roles and describes himself as an HR generalist with specialist experience in organisation development, change management, resourcing and industrial relations. Recently, Peter has specialised in Driving corporate change focused on organisation effectiveness and efficiency. In 2005 Peter was chosen by the Chief Executive to lead a team that reduced overhead costs by £30m through process analysis and organisation redesign.

Stephen Lehane

Stephen was born in Ireland, but grew up in London. After graduating from the LSE and Cambridge, his career has been in three large companies – Unilever, ICI and for the last five years at Boots. He has enjoyed the diversity of working for U.K., European and American companies, and the opportunity to live abroad. Having led HR functions along the way – the main emphasis of his work has tended to be in organisation change. He is particularly interested in the areas of culture change and leadership development.

Sarah Lewis C.Psychol

Sarah is a Chartered occupational Psychologist who has worked with individuals, teams and organisations experiencing change as a manager and consultant for over 20 years. A specialist in appreciative inquiry, she works with organisations from across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has presented papers at national conferences and is a principal and founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists as well as being an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Rhonda Miller C.Psychol

Rhonda is a Chartered occupational Psychologist with over 20 years of organisation development experience, as both an internal and external consultant, in the UK, Europe and the US. Working with clients on individual, group and organisational levels, Rhonda specialises in organisational effectiveness issues around transition, and the development of the individuals and groups that make up the organisation. She is currently Head of Leadership Development at an international HR consultancy, and is the principal tutor on the Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change.

Robert Smith

Robert is a director of an organisation consultancy. He specialises in working with top teams on the link between strategy and organisational capability. His clients come from the public sector and financial services, including the Foreign Office, DfES, the Department of Health, Barclays, Schroders and the Financial Services Authority. Robert has recently been appointed a Leadership Adviser by the Leadership Centre for local government. Prior to his consulting career Robert was a Prize Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford where he lectured and published on literature, philosophy and psychoanalysis. He has a Double First in English and a D Phil, both from Oxford.

Dr Naomi Stanford

Dr Naomi Stanford is an organisation design consultant. She works with people in various enterprises to help them develop their company’s fitness to deliver products or services as circumstances change. Her own experience is first as an internal consultant in UK multinational companies, and now working for a small consultancy in the US. As well as consultancy, she teaches, writes, and speaks on aspects of organisation design.

Susan K. Thomas Chartered FCIPD

Susan Thomas was Director General, Corporate Services and Development and Board member at the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) for six years with responsibility for HR, the development of people, mainstreaming equality and diversity into policy development. Susan’s career has been in local, regional and national government and the Further Education Sector. She has been involved in corporate management and leadership at both strategic and operational levels and the management of change, including 'start ups'. She served on the Department of Health Committee of Inquiry into child protection issues, was President of the National Society of Chief Personnel Officers and was a Board member of the Central Government Sector Skills Council (Skills for Government).
