  • looking at the principles and values that underlie our own practice

Building a high-performance team culture

  • a practitioner’s application of process consultation and teambuilding based on key psychological theories of group dynamics

Day 4

HR management interventions

  • we will focus on one of the most common interventions of HR practitioners, building an integrated performance management process that aligns employee work behaviour with business strategy, employee involvement and workplace systems

Large group interventions

  • concepts and methods for working with whole systems and for using large group interventions to facilitate desired change toward shared goals

Restructuring the work and the organisation

  • design or redesign of work organisations to increase effectiveness while enhancing the quality of the human work experience

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • looking at the underlying psychological factors that impact the success or failure of fusing organisations together

OD across cultures

  • how different attitude and belief systems affect our work
  • identifying OD practices that may be culture-bound; the effect of cultural context on the OD process
