The Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of OD and Change uses a blended learning approach. It is made up of three modules, each comprising a face-to-face workshop, self-study, telephone coaching, online discussions and other collaborative activities. Students work together in their learning set throughout the nine month programme.
