You are assigned a personal coach who will provide advice and support on all aspects of the Certificate throughout the programme.

In addition to extensive online resources, the Virtual Learning Environment provides an opportunity for you to take part in networking and discussion groups on all aspects of career and talent management.

This Library offers a variety of databases from learning information providers, ranging from general collections to specifically designed, subject specific databases.
CIPD membership resources
You do not need to become a member of the CIPD in order to study the Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of OD and Change. However, CIPD membership offers you a wealth of professional resources, development tools and networking opportunities that will support you in your studies, as well as in your career and day-to-day job. These include:

Whilst some resources are reserved for reference only, most items are available for loan to CIPD members and can be sent to you through the post. You can search the database online, or the library can send you a list of items tailored to your specific needs.
