This Certificate has now been replaced by the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource (HR) Practice.
The CIPD Certificate in HR Practice is a foundation level HR qualification, at an equivalent level to NVQ/SVQ level 3.
The qualification is designed to help you develop essential HR skills and give you the confidence to be more effective at work and add value to your HR function.
Successful completion of the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice, in addition to relevant work-based experience, will enable you to apply for Associate Membership of the CIPD.
