The CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice provides a firm foundation in all the areas of HR. It will help you develop practical, relevant skills and above all, will give you the confidence to be more effective at work.
You will gain a broad grasp of employment law so you can set your own organisation's policies and procedures in context; understand how to implement best practice in recruitment and selection; assess how well-planned performance review processes can boost team performance, develop face-to-face interviewing techniques; and be able to identify, plan and evaluate training interventions.
The CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice is a foundation level standard, at an equivalent level to NVQ/SVQ Level 3 and successful completion leads to Associate membership of the CIPD.
This programme is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD’s own specialist learning provider. CIPD Training is part of CIPD Enterprises Limited, which is wholly owned by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
