The CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice is a foundation level standard, at an equivalent level to NVQ/SVQ Level 3.

The Fast-track programme is designed for professionals wishing to complete the programme in a shorter timeframe.

How long does it take to complete?

This fast-track programme is an intensive programme designed to be completed over six months*. Students must be able to give priority to their studies for the six-month duration, otherwise they should consider the more flexible Modular option.
