The Certificate programme is made up of a 2-day introductory workshop and four modules comprising:
- Recruitment and Selection Skills
- One-to-one and Small Group Training
- Performance Review Skills
- An Introduction to Employment Law
You can attend the Certificate modules in any order that you wish - since modules are held several times a year, you can balance your studies with work and home commitments.
