About the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP)
Upon successful completion of the programme you will be awarded the CIPD Foundation Level Certificate in Human Resource Practice. The Certificate is equivalent to QCF Level 3 and is designed to reflect the new CIPD professional standards and membership criteria.
The qualification is designed to provide you a firm foundation in all areas of HR. It will help you develop essential HR skills and give you the confidence to be more effective at work and add value to your HR function.
There are two options available for you to complete this qualification:
Fast-track programme - particularly suitable for professionals who already have a certain level of experience in this area and wish to gain the qualification in a shorter time frame. The fast-track programme is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD's specialist learning provider.
