Module overview
This two day introductory workshop provides a thorough introduction to the CIPD Certificate in Recruitment and Selection programme. It ensures that students are fully prepared for the course modules and assignments, and are able to make the most of the resources and support available to them. It also covers general aspects of recruitment and selection. Students complete their first skills-based assignment on the introductory workshop.

The structure of the workshop is informal. You have the opportunity to network with fellow students, raise queries and discuss ways to tackle your personal development plan, assignments and project.
