Module overview

HR practitioners rely on a variety of methods to fulfil their recruitment objectives. The role of a recruitment consultant is to act as an extension of the HR function and to deliver service in the most cost-effective and competent manner. Balancing the immediate needs of their clients with the priorities and preferences of candidates, the successful consultant is a multi-tasker, relationshipbuilder, counsellor and negotiator. Given the variety of recruitment consultancies and disparate service delivery, how do you choose the best recruitment partner for your organisation?

This course examines the variety of recruitment services that are available and explores how HR practitioners and recruitment consultants can best work together to achieve their objectives.
