Who is it for?
If you’re a training administrator new to your role, or a training assistant or training managers’ secretary, the Certificate in Training Administration will give you the skills you need. It is also ideal if you wish to progress to the CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development Practice.
How do I gain the qualification?
To be awarded the qualification, you must:
- attend the two-day course module, The New L&D Administrator
- successfully complete six assessed work-based units:
- administering the contribution of other people involved in the training process
- providing training support for individuals
- developing yourself
- promoting training activities
- administering training records
- operating an effective training evaluation process
- sucessfully complete reading and reflective questions
- maintain a development log.
How long does it take to complete?
You have six months to complete the requirements of the programme.
Accreditation
On successful completion of the programme, you’ll be awarded an ITEC level 2 Certificate in Training Administration.
