The Certificate is made up of a two day course module, The New L&D Administrator and six assessed work-based units covering:

  • administering the contribution of other people involved in the training process
  • providing training support for individuals
  • developing yourself
  • promoting training activities
  • administering training records
  • operating an effective training evaluation process.

Certificate in Training Administration

I found the experience to be really enjoyable and having to submit work-based examples to our tutors ensured we were always applying what we had learnt.
