Learning and development is potentially a powerful strategic function. It can make a major contribution to organisational, group and individual effectiveness – and lead to increased efficiency, growth and success. Good trainers need to know how to identify learning needs, plan effective development strategies, and design and deliver innovative programmes that make real impact on bottom-line results. Additionally, they are likely to need first-rate communication skills, tenacity, diplomacy and enthusiasm to carry people with them.
The CIPD Certificate in Training Practice is an ideal programme for those who require a means of professional recognition in the field of learning and development, and is skills-based rather than academic in its approach.
The Fast-track programme is a structured programme made up two non-residential Modules (each 5-Days). You will also have to undertake Online activity before and after Module 1.
Who is it for?
The Fast-track programme is designed for trainers with more experience, who are comfortable with online self study material, and who want to work through the programme with a learning set of other students in a shorter time-frame.
How long does it take to complete?
The Fast-track programme is an intensive programme designed to be completed over 6-months*. Students must be able to give priority to their studies for the 6-month duration, otherwise they should consider the more flexible Modular option.
*You have a maximum of one year to complete the requirements of the programme.
