To be awarded the Certificate, you must:

• attend all Certificate modules (two for the Fast-track)
• complete two assessed written assignments
• complete two assessed skills-based assignments on the certificate modules
• complete an assessed integrated project that includes a project proposal and a written report
• for the fast-track programme, you must complete web based self-study and participate in two online discussion groups focussing on key issues in learning and development
• maintain a personal development portfolio that demonstrates a satisfactory level of learning and understanding.
