To be awarded the Certificate students must:

• attend all five of the Certificate modules that make up the programme
• complete two assessed written assignments
• complete two assessed skills-based assignments on the course modules
• complete an assessed integrated project that includes a project proposal, a written report and an oral presentation
• maintain a personal development portfolio that demonstrates a satisfactory level of learning and understanding.
