This Certificate has now been replaced by the CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development (L&D) Practice.
This new Certificate is a foundation level L&D qualification, at an equivalent level to NVQ/SVQ level 3.
The qualification is designed to provide an in-depth and thorough grounding in the training cycle and the fundamentals of learning and development.
Successful completion of the CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice, in addition to relevant work-based experience, will enable you to apply for Associate Membership of the CIPD.
