About the CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (CLDP)

Upon successful completion of the programme you will be awarded the CIPD Foundation Level Certificate in Learning and Development Practice. The Certificate is equivalent to QCF Level 3 and is designed to reflect the new CIPD professional standards and membership criteria.

CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (CLDP) uses a highly practical approach, to provide an in-depth and thorough grounding in the training cycle and the fundamentals of learning and development.

There are two options available for you to complete this qualification:

Fast-track programme - particularly suitable for professionals who already have a certain level of experience in this area and wish to gain the qualification in a shorter time frame. The fast-track programme is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD's specialist learning provider.
