Competency-based qualification

The CIPD Advanced Award in Designing, Delivering and Evaluating Learning and Development Provision is a specialist competency-based award. It has been specifically designed for practitioners with expertise and competence in the area of learning and development, who wish to gain recognition of their experience gained to date.

The CIPD Advanced Award in Designing, Delivering and Evaluating Learning and Development Provision is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is equivalent to QCF level 7. Upon successful completion, you will receive the CIPD Advanced Award in Designing, Delivering and Evaluating Learning and Development Provision.

This programme is facilitated by CIPD Training, the CIPD’s own specialist learning provider. CIPD Training is part of CIPD Enterprises Limited which is wholly owned by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
