As an L&D professional you’ll know that delivery of development interventions requires a unique skill set. The CIPD Foundation Award in Delivering Learning and Development Activities is an interactive, highly relevant qualification that will show you how to positively engage learners, but you’ll also learn how to recognise the factors that impact learning, choose appropriate delivery methods, encourage transfer of learning and evaluate the effectiveness of inputs. You’ll come away with the knowledge, skills and techniques you need to make a real difference to the delivery of learning and development activities in the workplace.

On successful completion of the programme, you’ll be awarded the CIPD Foundation Level Award in Delivering Learning and Development Activities. The qualification is accredited by the CIPD and is  quivalent to QCF level 3.

This programme is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD’s own specialist learning provider. CIPD Training is part of CIPD Enterprises Limited which is wholly owned by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
