You’ll find the new CIPD Foundation Level Award in Evaluating Learning and Development (L&D) Activities an interesting and practical programme that will provide you with an introduction to the principles, purpose and scope of the evaluation process. Evaluation of development activities is a key component of the learning process and through an exploration of the nature and purpose of evaluation and exposure to a range of tools and methods, this programme will strengthen your knowledge of the different approaches commonly used.

Upon successful completion of the programme you will be awarded the CIPD Foundation Level Award in Evaluating Learning and Development Activities. The qualification is accredited by the CIPD and is equivalent to QCF level 3. 

The CIPD Foundation Level Award in Evaluating L&D Activities is delivered by CIPD Training, the CIPD’s own specialist learning provider. CIPD Training is part of CIPD Enterprises Limited which is wholly owned by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
